Messages and feedback

If you contact me or send feedback, the information you enter, such as your name, email address and message, is stored in the website's private administrative database so I can read and respond. The website does not automatically email me your submissions. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Polls and basic security

Reader polls may use a browser cookie to limit repeat votes. The site uses session and security cookies for administration, and may temporarily retain pseudonymous technical identifiers to reduce spam and count article views. The web server or hosting provider may also keep standard access and security logs.

Illustrations and AI

Some article illustrations are AI-generated. AI is used to assist with writing and editing; the opinions and observations expressed in the articles belong to the author.

External services

Sharing buttons open third-party services such as Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Embedded videos, when present, may load content from YouTube. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Your requests

To ask about a message you submitted, or request its deletion, please use the contact form and provide enough information to identify the submission. Requests will be reviewed before any deletion.
